Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges of unused products are accepted within 30 days from original purchase date. Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded. Please see details and restrictions below.
Product Specific Details:
- Unused & Non-Customized Products: Within the first 30 days of purchase date, if you are not satisfied we will provide a refund (excluding shipping & handling costs) after inspection.
- Elite VR Viewers: Unused viewers must be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a refund upon inspection. If contents have been opened, used, or missing parts, we will not be able to provide a full refund or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return & Exchange form, fill it out and include with your proof of purchase and return shipment to the address indicated on the form.
- If a discount code and/or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded (not the full retail product price).
- You are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges. We assume no liability for lost or misplaced shipments to us.
- Custom Product Orders, are not acceptable for returns or exchanges. Please consider donating or gifting to someone else who will appreciate it.
- If you are unable to provide proof of purchase or if your DragonflyVRV product was bought through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the original retailer that the product was purchased from.
We are able to refund only the price you paid for product, not the shipping & handling costs. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all returned items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being returned to DragonflyVRV.
Import Taxes: Please be aware that International orders may be required to pay import taxes upon receipt.
We are happy to inspect and exchange a product that has a manufacturing defect in material or construction within 30 days of date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
